Thank you for considering donation of your extra equipment to those in need. UroGive is working in collaboration with MedWish to facilitate equipment donation. Please, read the equipment donation criteria below and answer the following questions so that we may direct your donation efficiently.

MedWish Donation Criteria

• MedWish does not accept expired medical supplies. Supplies with expiration dates must have at least 12 months of life remaining upon receipt.
• MedWish does not accept medications or pharmaceuticals.
• MedWish does not accept items contaminated by direct patient contact or items that are broken or rusted.
• MedWish does not accept renal fl uid bags (dialysate as well as irrigation) or tube feeding liquids.
